PLIVA, a part of Teva group, operates on international level and may transfer your personal data to affiliated companies in the countries other than your own, and outside the European Economic Area, including the countries not encompassed by the adequacy decision of the European Commission, as they do not have equivalent regulation on personal data protection. When transferring your data to those countries PLIVA uses the approved, standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, and ensures that every recipient has adequate certification of the privacy protection system, or binding corporate rules.
